Welcome to HYBRID - a 12 week program designed to help you go from not running at all - to running 10km.
Infusing strength training (2 times per week), running sessions 2-3 per week and yoga sessions - get ready to get fitter, faster and flexible.
Sessions range from 15 minutes - 60 minutes.
The HYBRID PROGRAM, is perfect for you if you:

✓ Are looking to improve your running performance with a 5km-10km goal.
✓ Enjoy diverse 15-60 minute workouts with a blend of yoga, strength and cardio throughout your week.

Throughout this 12 week Program you will experience:
- Specific warm ups for mobility, flexibility and mobility
- Full body workouts designed to get you stronger and more powerful
- Periodised running sessions to help improve your overall performance and recovery
- 15-30 minute yin yoga sessions to aid in recovery to help you come back stronger and faster
This program is designed for those who have experience in the gym and want to incorporate running or returning to running!
By completing the HYBRID 12 Week Program you can expect to:

Program Access is given every Saturday - so if you purchase on a Saturday onwards, the following Friday is when you will receive access!
