Our online wellness club updates every 4 weeks - just enough time to push yourself, whilst keeping things fresh. Through those 4 weeks there is guidance to learn when to push forward and pull back baed upon where you are at. These have a blend of functional, strength, mobility, cardio and flexibility throughout your monthly training cycle! Working towards stronger bodies and minds and reducing injury!

👌  Personal Form Feedback – Get results faster when you hit your form right. Upload videos and get pointers from a real coach within our community.

🗓️  Flexible Schedule – Follow daily programming 4 days per week, plus optional workouts you can add on for areas you want to target. We help you build a strong base line, whilst also helping you progress towards your goals. 

✈️  Train Anywhere – BHM Wellness Club includes equipment options to build your body in conventional gyms, functional fitness facilities, home or hotel gyms, or with no equipment at all. Never miss a chance to get fitter because you can’t get to the gym.

🥗 Nutritional Guidance - Throughout your experience our aim is to help you develop healthy eating habits and help you feel, look and perform your best based upon the Australian Dietary Guidelines with our PDF guides. We integrate mindfulness with nutrition so you can discover what works best for you, understand habits that do not serve you and help you find peace within yourself with nutrition.

Watch Tutorials On Dashboard (Day 0)

When you log in, there will be a few tutorials to help get you started. There will be how to navigate the app, how to add your progress pictures, zoom call outlines and your initial reflection. You will also get the link to join our facebook community!

Goal Setting (Day 1)

The following day, you will recieve access to two turotials - one is an overview for setting your goals and one is for setting your week up for success.

These are VITAL parts of your journey, I recommend to make space for these - as failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

The Saturday Before Your Week Starts

On the Saturday before the next week commences (after sign up) you will see your workouts scheduled from Monday onwards, and have access to all resources that you require for your journey (nutrition, habits, breathwork etc)

Our team of qualified professionals are here to support you every step of the way through your health + fitness journey.

Every 4 weeks at the start of the month our fitness program is updated, with gradual progressions that will help get you stronger, fitter and healthier.

Workouts are no longer than 45 minutes, 4 times per week with optional add ons if you would like to focus on a specific area.

As a minimum, you will need a kettlebell for equipment.

Each week you will have a blend of functional, fusion (yoga/pialtes inspired) and cardio based workouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do the workouts take?

They are designed for the busy woman in mind, with the base workouts taking no longer than 40 minutes, no more than 4 times per week! You're more than welcome to add on extra focus areas with the extra workouts within the app.

What equipment do I need?

As a minimum you will need some kettlebells and some resistance bands. You can modify everything within the program.

How do I cancel?

With our online program, you can cancel anytime through our payment provider. Once you sign up, you will receive an email which you can refer back to anytime to cancel. You will have access to the program up until your next billing date. Any problems or questions please email us.

What if I am injured?

Injuries suck – so we try to keep them away through thoughtful movement selection. We always recommend to see an allied health professional to get a clearance before engaging in any program.

What if I miss a workout?

The BHM Wellness Club updates training weekly, so there’s always a new way to build muscle. If you miss a workout, you can skip it to stay with the group, or use the calendar feature to go back to it any time.

Who writes the workouts?

Kirsti writes all of the workouts - as a fitness professional Kirsti seeks the best mentoring in the industry to bring you the best. She was been mentored by leading strength + conditioning coaches, fitness world champions and more. Kirsti is a personal trainer specialising in strength, conditioning, functional movements, pre/post natal, yoga and pilates fundamentals.

What about nutrition?

BHM Wellness Club includes a bonus Nutrition Resource Library to teach you sustainable ways to fuel your training. No fad diets – our approach works with any eating style and is based on sustainable eating practices.

Is there a community?

Yes! We have an online facebook community and weekly connection call so you can meet other likeminded women :)

I have special dietary requirements, can I still do this?

Absolutely! You can follow our training programming and also follow your health professionals advice at the same time.

When does the billing occur?

When you join, your first payment of $44.44 will cover 4 weeks of access. Every 4 weeks you will be charged $44.44 to your nominated bank account. If payment is unable to go through your account will cease.
