Multi faceted areas because we are multi faceted humans.

We are not one singular thing, not one singular domain will meet all of our fundamental needs.

That’s why we cover them all. 


From worriers, to warriors. 

We are powerful.

When the mind is weak, the body is weak. We must strengthen our minds and bodies in a beautiful symbiosis harmony as we move through life.

We do this by wilfully facing challenges, which we can practice through movement and mindfulness. Balancing the challenge with rest, reflection, care and compassion.

Our fitness programming is designed to challenge you enough to grow and evolve, but allow enough rest for you to come back even stronger.

Todays fitness programming is based around 6-7 days a week, some places even encouraging coming twice per day with upwards of 60 minutes high intensity every time.

This is quite alot for the busy human with not enough variety and not enough adequate rest.

This is why you cannot stick to it long term or maintain the results you desire, it’s simply too much.

This has been developed over years of trial and testing from Kirsti and 100’s of clients she has worked with.

We work in 4 week focus blocks, where each month we have a focus and we develop from there. 

Our focus is to get you strong and fit across the full body, creating a balanced physique. 


Nutrition is covered helping you find what nutrition works for you.

That helps you feel your best, look your best and perform your best! 

With the Balanced Healthy & Mindful Method, we help you create a healthy relationship with nutrition that nourishes you from the inside out. 


Community is important, as we need our tribe to not just survive - but thrive. Here at the Balanced Health Method you can meet other like-minded kind hearted humans that will support you every step of the way. 


Our in person sessions are set in the beautiful outdoors, as we love to connect with nature. We come rain or shine (hail, no - we’re also big on safety) to work with natures natural elements. 


Don’t worry, if you do our online group program - you too will have the opportunity to spend more time outside, with scheduled outdoor workouts, walks, hikes and more coming to your area.
