Strength + Balance Program - 12 Weeks
This program is designed for the woman who wants to get strong, balance our their body and their mind. This program focuses on getting stronger in your lifts, balancing your body, improving your posture and strengthening your mind body connection. Inspired by our long time client and ambassador Steph, we created this program together to get her stronger (100kg+ lifts) and create fun in her training with uni-lateral movements. This program will challenge you in unique ways by having you do interesting and fun exercises that will strengthen your mind and improve your focus.

Delivered within our app, so you have everything you need to step into the next level you.
When you join, you will pay a ONE TIME payment which will give you access to this program for 14 weeks - so you have time to catch up if you need. You will also have end of program guidance on what to do next after you complete the 12 weeks os you can not only MAINTAIN the results you achieve, but continue on and progress!
Workout access starts every Saturday, so when you join - the app will load from the following Saturday from payment.
