Hybrid - 0-10km in 12 Weeks

This program is designed for the woman who wants to start running or return to running. Periodised over 12 weeks, this will take you from not running at all to running 10km by the end of 12 weeks. A carefully curated blend of running and strength training so you can run safely, with confidence. Our women who have done this program have achieved their goals, entered running competitions and become stronger in the body and mind.

Delivered within our app, so you have everything you need to step into the next level you.

When you join, you will pay a ONE TIME payment which will give you access to this program for 14 weeks - so you have time to catch up if you need. You will also have end of program guidance on what to do next after you complete the 12 weeks os you can not only MAINTAIN the results you achieve, but continue on and progress!

Workout access starts every Friday, so when you join - the app will load from the following Friday from payment.
